Daher haben zwei DGUV-Insti\u00adtu\u00adte gemein\u00adsam eine Arbeits\u00adhil\u00adfe zur Bewer\u00adtung der Raum\u00adluft\u00adqua\u00adli\u00adt\u00e4t im B\u00fcro entwickelt.<\/p>\n

Die Grund\u00adidee der Befra\u00adgung ist, dass die Besch\u00e4f\u00adtig\u00adten vor Ort Pro\u00adble\u00adme mit st\u00f6\u00adren\u00adden Umge\u00adbungs\u00adfak\u00adto\u00adren am bes\u00adten beschrei\u00adben k\u00f6n\u00adnen. Bei der sys\u00adte\u00adma\u00adti\u00adschen Ana\u00adly\u00adse von Befind\u00adlich\u00adkeits\u00adst\u00f6\u00adrun\u00adgen hilft ein Fra\u00adge\u00adbo\u00adgen, den das Insti\u00adtut f\u00fcr Pr\u00e4\u00adven\u00adti\u00adon und Arbeits\u00adme\u00addi\u00adzin (IPA) und das Insti\u00adtut f\u00fcr Arbeits\u00adschutz (IFA) der Deut\u00adschen Gesetz\u00adli\u00adchen Unfall\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adche\u00adrung ent\u00adwi\u00adckelt und erprobt haben. Das Befra\u00adgungs\u00adtool<\/a> rich\u00adtet sich an alle, die in Betrie\u00adben und Ein\u00adrich\u00adtun\u00adgen f\u00fcr den Arbeits\u00adschutz zust\u00e4n\u00addig sind. Es lie\u00adfert Hin\u00adwei\u00adse auf die erfor\u00adder\u00adli\u00adchen Ma\u00df\u00adnah\u00admen und kann Kos\u00adten spa\u00adren helfen.<\/p>\n

Wenn\u2019s Besch\u00e4ftigten stinkt<\/h2>\n

Tr\u00e4\u00adnen\u00adde Augen, ver\u00adstopf\u00adte Nase, schmer\u00adzen\u00adder Kopf: Die\u00adse und \u00e4hn\u00adli\u00adche Sym\u00adpto\u00adme sind kei\u00adne Sel\u00adten\u00adheit an B\u00fcro\u00adar\u00adbeits\u00adpl\u00e4t\u00adzen. Oft sind sol\u00adche Beschwer\u00adden mit Geruchs\u00adwahr\u00adneh\u00admun\u00adgen am Arbeits\u00adplatz ver\u00adkn\u00fcpft und folg\u00adlich mit der Sor\u00adge um gesund\u00adheit\u00adli\u00adche Gef\u00e4hr\u00addun\u00adgen. Doch die wis\u00adsen\u00adschaft\u00adli\u00adche Bewer\u00adtung ist kompliziert.<\/p>\n

\u201eDie Erfah\u00adrung lehrt, dass vor\u00adei\u00adli\u00adge Mes\u00adsun\u00adgen in vie\u00adlen F\u00e4l\u00adlen ergeb\u00adnis\u00adlos blei\u00adben\u201c, sagt Dr. Simo\u00adne Peters, Gefahr\u00adstoff\u00adex\u00adper\u00adtin im IFA<\/a>. Denn die Lis\u00adte m\u00f6g\u00adli\u00adcher Ursa\u00adchen von Beein\u00adtr\u00e4ch\u00adti\u00adgun\u00adgen sei lang: Sie rei\u00adche von Bau\u00adma\u00adte\u00adria\u00adli\u00aden, Raum\u00adl\u00fcf\u00adtung, Beleuch\u00adtung, Arbeits\u00admit\u00adteln, che\u00admi\u00adschen und bio\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adschen Ein\u00adwir\u00adkun\u00adgen \u00fcber Ergo\u00adno\u00admie, Raum\u00adkli\u00adma, L\u00e4rm, elek\u00adtro\u00adma\u00adgne\u00adti\u00adsche Fel\u00adder, ioni\u00adsie\u00adren\u00adde Strah\u00adlung bis hin zu psy\u00adchi\u00adschen Faktoren.<\/p>\n

Systematischen Erfassung von Beschwerdesituationen<\/h2>\n

\u201eDie Grund\u00adidee der Befra\u00adgung ist, dass die Besch\u00e4f\u00adtig\u00adten vor Ort Pro\u00adble\u00adme mit st\u00f6\u00adren\u00adden Umge\u00adbungs\u00adfak\u00adto\u00adren am bes\u00adten beschrei\u00adben k\u00f6n\u00adnen\u201c, sagt Dr. Kirs\u00adten Sucker, Psy\u00adcho\u00adlo\u00adgin und Exper\u00adtin f\u00fcr Geruchs\u00adstoff\u00adfor\u00adschung im IPA<\/a>. Man habe den Fra\u00adge\u00adbo\u00adgen des\u00adhalb so struk\u00adtu\u00adriert, dass er sowohl zur Betei\u00adli\u00adgung moti\u00advie\u00adre als auch \u00dcber\u00adtra\u00adgungs\u00adef\u00adfek\u00adte, also fal\u00adsche Ursa\u00adchen\u00addeu\u00adtun\u00adgen, verhindere.<\/p>\n

Auf Basis der Befra\u00adgungs\u00ader\u00adgeb\u00adnis\u00adse las\u00adsen sich Ma\u00df\u00adnah\u00admen zur Abhil\u00adfe dann gezielt pla\u00adnen.
